Formerly, INTER-PORTFOLIO Verwaltungsgesellschaft S.A. was founded in the year 2000 in Luxembourg. It is now BTG Pactual Europe Management Company S.A. (the “BTG Pactual ManCo”), a subsidiary of BTG Pactual Europe S.A. (formerly FIS Privatbank S.A.), a wholly owned subsidiary of BTG Pactual S.A. (Brazil).

BTG Pactual is the largest Investment Bank in Latin America, widely recognized and awarded, and has been expanding its business around the globe with a sophisticated offer of excellent products and services. The Bank strengthens its presence in Europe and becomes responsible for managing traditional investment strategies.
